The Residence Club

Construction on Newest Resort Community Has Begun

Construction is underway on The Residence Club, a residential community of 27 detached, single-family homes.  The Residence Club is a fractional ownership development where each buyer will own a deeded, undivided 10% interest in one of the homes, but will be able to occupy any available Residence Club home.

The development will be governed by its own Owners Association and will be professionally managed, providing maintenance-free living and first rate service for owners.

Each home will be architecturally unique, with four bedrooms, kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fitness areas, saunas, home theaters, game rooms with wet bars, two fireplaces, three-season gazebo-style porches, two-car garages and many other luxury amenities.  Each home will be 3,000+ square feet to accomodate eight people, and will be completely furnished and outfitted with the latest electroncis and multiple flat screen TVs.

The project's environmentally-friendly "green" design includes 65% of the project's 35 acres being retained in its natural state as open space, use of rain gardens for storm water runoff, narrower roads with less impervious surface, home design and landscaping in harmony with the northwoods environment and Giants Ridge lifestyle, zero wetland impact, and identification and retention of mature trees.

Centrally located, The Residence Club will be walking distance to most Giants Ridge amenities and will offer scenic views of Sabin Lake, The Legend golf course and the alpine mountain.

As an additional benefit, owners will become members of an international exchange network in which they may exchange some of their time at The Residence Club for stays at similar luxury properties in locations throughout the world.

Throughout construction, The Residence Club will maintain a 'Preview Center" located in the Twin Cities.  For additional information, visit www.residenceclubatgiantsridge.com.
