The Quarry Hole 14

The tee sits atop a ridge with depressed wetland areas below on either side. The tee shot should be a high fade, to match the angle of the fairway. The golfer will need to avoid a series of pot bunkers left and deep grass bunkers right to make the fairway. The balance of power to reach the green versus accuracy to stay in the fairway is delicately balanced here.

Assuming a successful tee shot, the golfer can reach this green in two. The green is elevated, and features a narrow entry, allowing players with a fairway wood and accuracy to match players with brute strength.
The green combines "punch-bowl" and "Redan" features to allow a chance to attain the green with the second shot. The green contrasts with the 13th preceding it and 15th to follow by being wildly contoured despite its small size.
