The Quarry Hole 15

The golfer must carry the tee shot to the dogleg to reach the green in two. The second shot is dramatically downhill to a large green completely surrounded by sand and grass bunkers, except a narrow run up opening in front. This is probably the most difficult long iron shot on the course.

Many golfers will not be able to go for the green in two because of the holes length. The goal of the second shot should be to get as far left as possible, and wedge up for the up and down par.

The green is distinctly contoured, giving the 3 shot players an "equalizer" over the top player with a long iron approach without accuracy.
