The Quarry Hole 6

The 6th hole features a plateau fairway with steep drop offs, especially to the left into the deepest part of the old quarry. This hole also features dramatic views. A large valley in front of the tee, which is taller than two tall men, strikes fear in the heart but should be easy to carry. Accuracy – probably with an iron – is required.

The 6th features a large green perched on a shelf, with more deep grass bunkers short and right. The entire left edge of the green is banked up to allow a golfer to play safely away from the prominent hazards and come back to the middle of the green. The putting on this hole will only be mild once the golfer gets near the pin.
