"Renovation creates affordable northwoods vacation property" After a $5 million renovation and restoration, The Lodge at Giants Ridge has been transformed into a condominium hotel with 63 condo units. Fractional ownership opportunities are available that give owners 70 to 90 days of ownership per year. And, when not using the unit for themselves or family, individual condo owners have the ability to "rent" their unit through a shared rental revenue management team at The Lodge. The Lodge is located at the base of the alpine mountain and adjacent to The Legend golf course. Visit The Lodge Condominiums for more information.
"The perfect lake home for those who don't have time for a lake home" Finally, the place at the lake you've always dreamed of, without all the usual headaches of second home ownership. Professionally managed and maintained, The Residence Club is a shared ownership community where each buyer will own a 10% deeded interest in one of the 27 homes, which allows owners to occupy any available Residence Club home. The Residence Club is located adjacent to The Legend golf course. Visit The Residence Club for more information.

"Biwabik," meaning "valuable" in Ojibway, is the gateway to Giants Ridge Recreation Area. Long valued for its iron ore, today, Biwabik is a travel destination. The community, a trailhead of the historic Mesabi Trail, is the home of the "Honk the Moose" statue and boasts a well-lit paved walking trail and a sledding hill.
True to the ethnic diversity of Iron Range communities, Biwabik treats visitors to its unique Bavarian style. It has become the area’s year- round center of attraction, hosting thousands of alpine & nordic skiers, snowmobilers and golfers. Biwabik is host to several seasonal festivals including: the Fourth of July, on which Biwabik presents the area’s largest Calithumpian Fourth of July Parade; and Weihnachtsfest (the first Saturday in December), a Christmas lighting celebration complete with fireworks, ethnic food, music and entertainment.
