"The Lodge at Giants Ridge" is currently undergoing an exciting new condominium conversion, which includes improvements and rennovations to its lodging, recreational and commercial facilities. The existing 93 unit Lodge facility is being converted into 62 individual condo-hotel units, and the newly conerted facility is anticipated to be fully completed and operational by Winter 2008. The new condo-hotel units will incorporate a lock-out feature on at least 24 of the units to provide availability equivalent to 93 individual transient use suites.
