| WHAT IS A GROUP? | ||

| ALPINE & CROSS COUNTRY GROUPS: Require advance reservations & must be 15 or more people with a group leader, who collects money in advance & makes full payment upon issuance of lift tickets & rental packages at the Chalet Ticketing Desk. All ski/board groups must be pre-booked through theScott Sundvall. One complimentary lift ticket and rental package is offered with every 15 paid group skiers. REQUEST A GROUP PROPOSAL TUBING GROUPS: Requires advance reservations and must be 15 or more people on Saturdays, Sundays & holidays, & 50 or more people Monday-Friday (non-holidays). All tubing groups must be pre-booked through the Scott Sundvall. One complimentary tubing ticket is offered to a group leader with each group of 15-49 paid tubers. | GROUP LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES: What do I do as a Group Leader? | ||
| 1. All you need is 15 people to receive unbelievable savings. That's right, any group of 15 or more skeis or riders qualifies for terrific discounts. Bring your church group, school group, work group, or just a group of friends. We'll make your outing tons of fun! | ||
| 2. As a group leader, you are responsible for coordinating the trip. Choose a date and time for your group outing. Email Scott Sundvall or call him at 218-865-8008 or toll free at 800-688-7669, ext. 8008, in advance and he will help you work out the details. | ||
| 3. Upon arrival, the group leader will collect all money and arrange for one paymnet for the whole group, for all lift tickets, rentals, and lessons. The leader may come to the chalet ticketing desk to complete all transactions. How well you are organized will determine the length of check-in. | ||
| 4. Arrange for your group to meet in the Giants Ridge chalet, or a place that you as a leader would suggest. You (the leader) may then proceed to the chalet ticketing desk and complete all transactions. | ||
| 5. After each skier or snowboarder in the group has been issued a lift ticket, if they are renting ski or snowboard equipment, they may proceed to the rental shop to pick up their equipment. | ||
| 6. Lessons: If group lessons have been purchased, please check with the chalet ticketing desk for times, have your group meet meet at the Ski School. | ||
| 7. One free complimentary lift ticket will be offered for every 15 in your group. Complimentary tickets have no money value and are not transferable to rentals or lessons. Rentals are not included with the complimentary lift ticket. | ||
| 8. Giants Ridge offers a wide range of programs that include weekday, weekend and holiday fun! Let us make your outing more memorable by adding on tubing or a catered meal. | ||

| Our Sports Dorm is located at the foot of the alpine ski area & can house up to 96 kids or adults. Each of the dorm's 24 units is 13'x11' and sleeps up to four in two bunk beds. Every room has a private bath and shower. The dorm lobby and meeting room, a spacious 28'x32' are convenient meeting/activity rooms. | |
