Summer Equipment Rental 2008

For all non-motorized equipment: a half day is five hours or less; a full day is 24 hours or less.

Watercraft Rental  Explore the lakes, Sabin, Wynne, and Embarrass, along the Embarrass River that borders Giants Ridge.  We’ll help you select a route to fit your skill level and schedule.  Watercraft rentals include paddles and life vests.

Bike Rental Quantity limited – Climb 40km of mountainside trails, or cruise in comfort on the 90 miles of paved Mesabi Trail.  Transportation is available to the summit for riding the backside of the mountain.

Ranger Rides  Bring your camera along for a 20 minutes ride to the summit of our resort, 500 feet above the surrounding wilderness, overlooking the Legend golf course, Sabin Lake, Wynne Lake, and 15 miles to the horizon. Watch for wildlife along the way. Come take a ride with us on our Polaris Ranger for $4 per person (up to 5 at a time.)

 

Giants Ridge Disc Golf  Drive your discs at one of Minnesota’s best disc golf courses!  Situated in over 180 acres of wilderness with over 10,000 feet of fairway distance, our course is one of the world’s largest. Our 18 hole mountain course has dual concrete tees and multiple pin placements.  We have a pro shop, practice tee, and driving range. Instruction is available.  Average play time for 18 holes 3 ½ hours.

	Adult Rate	$5 : includes access to the course all day.
	Children	$3 : ages 12 and under.
	Disc Rental	$5 : includes 3 discs and a carrying bag.
Rentals may require a $6 deposit for lost discs or a $2 additional charge for each disc lost.
