The expansive Nordic trails system at Giants Ridge traverse the Superior National Forest and offer a variety of Nordic trail terrain for skiers of all ages and abilities, including green, blue and black trails.
No matter your skill level, year after year, our terrain parks’ features rival some of the best terrain parks in our little corner of the snow sports world.

Giants Ridge has three snow tubing lanes and a tow lift.
There are approximately 3.6 miles of snowshoe trails that meander through Northwoods recreation area, some of which wrap around Wynne Lake, and many more throughout the Superior National Forest.
Fat tire bikers have the option to ride on over 60 kilometers of our nordic trail system or experience our newest adventure, downhill fat biking. We’re taking Minnesota fat tire biking to a whole new level in winter 2021, via our high-speed chairlift!
AllinaHealth & Courage Kenny host a Learn to Ski Program for youth and adults on the Iron Range with physical disabilities and/or youth with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) at Giants Ridge.
