Summer Equipment Rentals

Whether you’re a seasoned pro or new to outdoor sports, Giants Ridge has everything you need to make the most of your mountain adventure.

Bike Rentals – Open Daily, With Flexible Time Slots
Our Rental Shop is open seven days a week and offers two convenient rental periods each day:

• 10 AM – 2 PM
• 2 PM – 6 PM

Road and Enduro bikes for cross-country use are available to rent any day of the week as a full-day rental. Giants Ridge does not allow any modifications to our rental fleet including changing pedals.

We offer a variety of bikes to suit every rider:

• Enduro Bikes – Available seven days a week for cross-country riding, and for downhill use on days when the lift-served park is open (typically Friday through Sunday and select holidays) during either rental period.
  • Enduro bikes are incredibly capable—built to climb efficiently on our scenic cross-country trails and descend with confidence on the rugged terrain of the Giants Ridge downhill bike park. They’re the perfect choice if you want to experience everything the mountain has to offer with one bike.
• Road Bikes – Full-day rentals available daily
  • Our road bikes are ideal for exploring the miles of paved trail right outside our doors. With direct access to the renowned Mesabi Trail, you can enjoy a smooth, scenic ride through the Northwoods—perfect for cyclists of all skill levels looking for a relaxing or endurance-focused adventure.
• Kids Bikes – Full-day rentals available daily
  • Giants Ridge offers youth-sized bikes in both enduro and road styles, so younger riders can enjoy the same great experiences—whether they’re hitting the cross-country trails, exploring the downhill park, or cruising along the Mesabi Trail.

We also offer a wide selection of helmets to keep you safe while you ride.

Rent Discs and Tackle the Ridge
Looking for a more laid-back way to enjoy the outdoors? Grab a set of rental discs from our shop and take on the 18-hole disc golf course that winds up, over, and down the mountain. It’s a fun, scenic, and active way to spend a sunny day on the ridge!
