Our Mountain Operations team has been working really hard to get ready for opening day!

Here is the terrain we know will open this weekend (as of Thursday the 30^th).

• Innsbruck
• Olympic Valley
• Sarajevo
• Sarajevo Pass
• St. Moritz
• Greely’s way
• A portion of the Nordic Stadium

Unfortunately the warm weather from Wednesday – Thursday kept us from finishing a few more runs that are really close.  Rest assured our crews will still be working hard to open as much terrain as fast as possible

Nordic Skiing

Due to the lack of natural snow, we have essentially no Nordic Terrain available at this time.  During Alpine operational hours this weekend (9am – 4pm) the only Nordic terrain available is the Stadium, which will have 1 set of tracks set.  However, when situations like this arise we typically try to arrange some dedicated time in the base area for Nordic Skiers.  This weekend we will allow dedicated Nordic skiing from 4-6pm on the beginners’ area, and the stadium.  Tracks will only be in the Stadium however.  Please remember a valid season pass, or day ticket is required to Nordic ski at Giants Ridge.

Daily Nordic Tickets will be $7 this weekend.

Ticketing

If you haven’t picked up your Season Pass yet, Ticketing staff will be available at 8am Saturday and Sunday morning.

Burnt Onion

The Burnt Onion with their new winter Menu will be re-opening for their winter hours starting Friday the 1^st at 11am.  My personal favorite on the Menu is the Slopestyle Burritos!
