Pool & Sauna Haus FAQ: Everything You Need to Know Before You Visit

Welcome to the Pool & Sauna Haus FAQ page. If you’ve already visited our main amenities page, this is where you’ll find answers to the most common questions about Minnesota’s newest all-season wellness retreat.

FAQs

  • Are you open year-round?
    • Yes! The Pool & Sauna Haus is open all year.
      Hours of Operation:

      • Open Swim: 6:00AM – 8:00PM 7 Days a Week
      • Morning Relaxation & Lap Swim 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Can you bring outside food and beverages?
    • Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the Pool & Sauna Haus.
      Exception: Cakes or cupcakes are allowed when renting the event/party room for a birthday or celebration.
  • Can you wear street shoes on the pool or sauna decks?
    • Street shoes are not allowed on the decks. Please bring clean sandals, flip-flops, or other appropriate footwear for lounging and walking to and from the saunas.
  • Do you offer passes (monthly, season, annual, etc.)?
    • Currently, we offer a monthly pass for $75.
  • Are there discounts available?
  • Who can use the Pool & Sauna Haus?
    • The facility is open to everyone; resort guests, day visitors, and community members.
  • Do minors need adult supervision?
    • Yes. An adult must supervise each group under 18 at all times.
  • What’s included with a daily pass?
    • Access to the pool, hot tub, and saunas.
    • Buckets and ladles in the sauna for creating steam (please only pour water on the sauna rocks, never on people).
    • Note: The party/event room is not included with daily passes and must be rented separately.
  • Are the saunas wet or dry?
    • Both! Our saunas can be enjoyed as wet or dry. Guests may choose to add steam with provided buckets and ladles.
  • How much does it cost to rent the event/party room?
    • $175 for a 3-hour rental
    • Includes up to 10 swim passes (valid for the same 3-hour time block)
    • Catering menu available
  • Will you offer events or lessons?
    • Yes! We are exploring several new programming options stay tuned for updates!
  • Do you provide towels?
    • Guests are encouraged to bring their own towels.
    • Towels are also available for purchase on-site.
